Do you accept walk-in appointments? 

No walk-ins are accepted. We are a virtual only business. You may schedule a phone appointment or chat with us through our app once you have signed up for services. Phone appointments must be booked in advance because we value our time together, and would need time to present you with tax-saving strategies. Please click on the appointments tab to schedule a meeting. 

What should I bring to my appointment? 

All state IDs and social security cards, including spouse and children. Please also provide any and all W-2s / 1099s provided by any companies and/or any 1098 forms that come from education tuitions and student loan interests. 

Please make sure to have your card ready to pay for any tax prep fees in the case that you are unable to pay out of your return. If you do not have these items, we will reschedule your appointment. 

What if I didn't receive the items above? 

The companies that generated these statements (your employers, banks, etc.) should still have your W-2s, 1099s, etc., on-file and should be able to get them to you within a reasonable time frame. 

What if I have not yet received my documents? 

If you know that you may not receive your documents by your appointment date, please reschedule or wait until you have received your documents to book an appointment. We value our time together so we should make the best use of that time during the appointment. 

How do I send my documents to you? 

Once you download our app you will need to fill in your information. Once you’ve filled in your information you will get to the step of uploading your documents. You will take a picture of each document to upload. If there are any other documents needed we’ll notify you through the app and you’ll need to follow the same steps. 

You will find access to our registration form on the “File Now” tab on the top of the website. This form includes all the necessary information we need from you as well as a section for you to upload ANY and ALL documents to get your taxes done. All information on that form is secure and protected rigorously.

How can I be sure that I will receive a refund?

 

EVERYONE DOES NOT GET A REFUND. 

Everyone must file a tax return whether they are receiving a refund or not. We will assist you in maximizing your refund based upon the filing status eligibility and limits implemented by the government. 

If you do end up having to pay taxes instead of getting a refund, we update your withholding allowances so that next year you can expect a refund! 

Can I pay my tax preparation fees out of my return? 

Yes! You can pay your fees out of your federal tax refund; however, if you want to pay upfront, you can choose to do so. Our pricing fees include the bank fee of $39.95 that enable the bank to process your tax return and pay your tax prep fees out of the refund. 

If you choose to pay for your tax prep fees, your tax prep fees will only be the fee we charge. 


Contact will be made within 72 business hours for any and all updates regarding your taxes. Once we have all the documents needed, your return will be completed. We will be conducting a thorough check of all information provided so that we can ensure you are getting the maximum refund you are entitled to. 

The average refund is received within 21 days but can vary due to credits and government regulations. Once your return has been submitted and accepted by the IRS, please download the IRS2GO app or visit 

https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp to get any status updates. **We have a link in our app “IRS, Where’s my Refund”? This link takes you directly to the IRS site to check the status of your return. 

How will I receive my refund? 

The bank account and routing number provided on our registration form will be used to issue your refund from the IRS. You must have a bank routing and account number to receive your refund. 

Do you prepare business tax returns? 

Yes we are able to prepare any schedule C business returns. 

We are unable to process corporate tax returns at this time; but please stay tuned as we continue to grow and soon offer these services.

How does billing work?

An audit fee will be charged after signing up for our service for work initially completed. The monthly fee begins 30 days after. At cancelation, you will be charged a final payment since billing occurs after services have been performed

How can I stop services?

Simply send a letter to info@wealthymajority.com before the next billing month starts. Monthly payments will only be for months we worked on your account and have to be canceled before the 1st of the next billing month.

When should I see results?

Credit bureaus have 30 days to process disputes; you will see initial results in about 30-45 days. On an ongoing basis, you will see results each month you are in the program

What are the program rules?

The program rules are as follows, Keep credit monitoring, build positive credit using only the recommended tradelines, keep credit card balances low, pay all bills on time, and send us all collection and credit bureau responses promptly.

How long does the process take?

Times vary based on how many negative items are reporting on your credit report. It also depends on how many positive accounts you currently have reporting. A positive account is a revolving credit account with no late payments. If you need help building positive credit getting a secured card or secured bank loan right away can speed up the process. Our goal is to graduate all clients within 3-9 months.
